Reservations must be made by September 15, 2009 to receive the NFLCC discount on blocked rooms.
You must
mention the NFLCC when making reservations. When you make your reservation, please notify the hotel if you will be
displaying in your room. Room Trading Thursday and Friday nights.
Room rate will be $59.99 for double occupancy.
Add $10 for each additional adult (up to 4 per room).
Exhibitor's tables are $25 which includes admission for one member per table. If you are sharing a table, additional members pay $10. **To accommodate increased demand for tables, we are limiting the number of tables to THREE tables per member. No admission charge for NFLCC member's immediate family. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please specify if your preference is the Montego (smaller) room. Registration without a table is $10.
